TICKET ASSIST PROGRAM

All groups must abide by the following rules:

• Only registered not-for-profit organisations are eligible to receive ticket donations.
• Requests MUST be submitted using the designated form below. Emailed or mailed requests will not be accepted.
• Due to the volume of requests, we must limit ticket donations to one request within a 12-month period.
• Tickets are subject to availability, and your request does not guarantee that your organization will be chosen for the tickets.
•  We accept requests from not-for-profit organisations only.
• Tickets allocated through our Ticket Assist Program must be distributed solely to beneficiaries of your organization and at least 75% youth. Exceptions are made for a case-by-case basis.
• Tickets received through the Ticket Assist Program may not be sold, exchanged, or used for fundraising purposes.
• Groups receiving tickets must be able to commit to a 90% usage rate for each game they receive tickets through the program.
•  Each group must sit in the designated seats provided to them.
• Youth must be accompanied by chaperone(s).
• Failure to comply with Ticket Assist Program guidelines will result in loss of eligibility for future ticket distributions.
