STAND TALL is a new program for primary schools, delivered by Melbourne United Basketball Club.
The STAND TALL wellbeing program supports children to build positive relationships and be the best they can possibly be through classroom-based activities and on-court practical experiences that give structure and meaning to Melbourne United’s values of excellence, selfless and inclusion.
The program will be delivered across 4 one-hour sessions and school students in year 3 & 4 will be supported to reflect and practice the thought habits and behaviours of the Melbourne United players as they develop their knowledge and skills and adapt to life’s challenges both on and off the court.

STAND TALL is delivered by trained facilitators and aligns with current Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programs delivered in schools. It also aligns with the Australian Curriculum and Victorian Rights, Resilience and Respectful Relationships curriculum.
